What we collect

- Shipping addresses and your order history.
- Your date of birth, as your age-verification record.
- For each age check: the province declared or detected, the result, your network (IP) address and browser details. These are kept as compliance records and aren't used for marketing.
- Messages you send us through help requests.
What we don't collect
Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider. We don't store them.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders.
- To confirm you are of legal age and meet provincial rules.
- To run your account and Cloud Coins balance.
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can opt out any time from your profile.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage to remember your age-gate answer, your cart and your sign-in. We don't use them to track you across other sites.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. Some records, such as order and age-verification records, may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
